I'm Sarah, Isle of Man born and raised, and I've shared my home with cats for as long as I can remember. Over the years I've come to understand something most cat owners already know: their care isn't simply a responsibility. It's a privilege. That understanding is what The Cat Concierge is built on, and it shapes every single visit.

Cats are creatures of habit. A cattery changes everything: the smells, the sounds, the routine. In-home visits keep all of that intact. Your cat stays where they're most comfortable, and that makes all the difference.
In Home Cat Sitting, Done Properly.
At The Cat Concierge, every visit is tailored to your cat's individual needs. From feeding and companionship to daily routines, everything is handled properly and to your exact instructions. Your cat gets the same level of care and calm they enjoy when you're at home.
While we're there, we can take care of a few things for you too. Whether it's a house clean, some shopping, errand running, gift sourcing or arranging transport, we can help with the bits of life that need handling while you're away. It's a service that goes a little further, because that's just how we work.

We offer 1, 2 or 3 visits per day, tailored to your cat’s needs. Visits are available from 6am to 7pm, with preferred times arranged wherever possible. Early booking is recommended.
Visits are 15 minutes (£12), 30 minutes (£16) or 45 minutes (£18), depending on what your cat needs.
No. We care for more than one cat at no additional cost, giving each the attention they deserve.
Each visit can include feeding, fresh water, cleaning bowls, administering medication, litter tray cleaning, daily updates with photos or videos and any other tailored care your cat requires. Optional extras such as plant watering, collecting post or trips to the vet can also be arranged.
Fuel charges may apply depending on your location but we will always discuss this upfront.
